Tim Tebow: Seattle Seahawks Making Right Choice to Give Polarizing QB

Tim Tebow deserves another shot in the NFL. That picture can not are available in Seattle. With Matt Flynn down to the Oakland Raiders (h/t Mike Garafolo and Robert Klemko of USA Today), the Seahawks have been in need of a backup quarterback. There is plenty of choices the group could try, however it has recently crossed Tebow down the record, based on Danny O'Neil of The Seattle Times: There is a prominent name perhaps not mentioned because party, one who has been rumored to be always a possible goal of Seattle: Tim Tebow. He's perhaps not expected to be somebody the staff pursues as it seems to locate a copy to beginning Russell Wilson. O'Neil raises Seneca Wallace, Tyler Thigpen, Brady Quinn and Matt Leinart as feasible copy alternatives. Any one of those four would be much better than Tebow. Bringing in the former Heisman Trophy winner does not make any sense at all. Well, he'd at the least participate in the Seahawks' working structure. That is about the only good you could think of in regards to the transfer. Alongside Tebow might come of the swarm of fan and press interest, which does not provide anything but negative feelings. Ask the Newest York Jets how having ESPN camped out at coaching camp worked out for them. Then came the documenting/analyzing on ESPN programming of every single move Tebow made. The initial incompletion Russell Wilson includes may have the Tebow group of fans calling for his ascension to the starting function. Barring injury, there is no way the field would be seen by Tebow unless the Seahawks were up about 50 points. He sat the bench virtually the whole season he has used in New York. Regrettably for the Jets, he is not been timid with his displeasure over his position with the staff. It had been criticism that will certainly not be targeted at Tebow. It only demonstrates, however, he wouldn't be content with still another year of using the bench. Even with just one single period under his belt, Wilson is much more solidified since the starting quarterback than Mark Sanchez was with the Jets. Washington is clean off a playoff run. It generally does not have to bring in a copy QB who has a job 75.3 passer standing and only done 47.9 % of his travels. Perhaps Tebow could really turn into a reliable NFL starter. Considering these numbers, that's not likely. When he is stuck behind one of the best small passers in the game and it is impossible. Tebow is really a headache the Seahawks simply don't need.
