Bundesliga Season 2012-2013|ChessVibes

The German Bundesliga was performed more than 7 vacations from October to April. Unfortuitously a year ago my team, Remagen, got relegated and so I was obliged to find a new team. Fortunately Solingen were happy to simply take me aboard. Solingen is a city on the West side of Germany well-known for its material, somewhat like Sheffield in England. The teamas made great utilization of its proximity to holland with three powerful Dutch guys (Daniel Stellwagen, Jan Smeets and Erwin LaAmi) and Predrag Nikolic, who also lives in Holland. The teamas headed by top Austrian GM Markus Ragger. After winning all our matches in the first handful of weekends, relegation was never a concern in 2013 and we tried to offer Baden-Baden a work for the concept. I was not able to get yourself a win, drawing 10 and dropping 1 which means this year it was a relief to win the very first round last year. However things went somewhat wrong for me in the February weekend directly after Gibraltar when I dropped to the young German/ Danish talent Rasmus Svane. I think following this I place too much pressure on myself attempting to jump right back and dropped yet another couple of games but at least completed the season on +1 with 5.5/10, a more bloodthirsty season than last time with +4 =3 -3! I was happy at least that my results accompanied the teamas relatively well (in if the team won comfortably anyway) general only dropping. The group had a fantastic start to the season, only falling one draw in the first seven games but had the hardest match of the season against heavy favourites Baden-Baden. Unfortuitously this week-end clashed with the Reykjavik Open and so I was unable to play as was Erwin LaAmi. We defended tenaciously nevertheless the team went down 5-3. Ultimately Baden-Baden managed a sweep of the opposition, winning all 15 games although we dropped off rather in the second 1 / 2 of the summer season, dropping the clash for second against Mulheim but we managed to cling onto 3rd, obviously our normal spot! The final week-end was performed in ab muscles pleasant Schwetzingen Castle and after the final round I went for a walk across the fantastic grounds with Stephen Gordon, friend and fellow English GM. Schwetzingen Fortress. Photograph thanks to Wikipedia. I wish that Iall find a way to perform better next time but at least I finished with a nice win in the last round. Hereas another game I was satisfied with which I enjoyed earlier in the season:
