LONDON (AP) a Liverpool striker Luis Suarez was restricted for 10 matches by the English Football Association for biting an opponent throughout a Premier League match. Except he wins an appeal, he is ruled by that out for the others of the summer season. Liverpool managing manager Ian Ayre claims Suarez and the membership were "shocked and disappointed" at the abuse. The FA says in a record Wednesday that a three-man separate panel ruled that the suspension of three activities for violent conduct was "clearly insufficient." Suarez touch Chelsea opponent Branislav Ivanovic on the upper right arm through the 2-2 sketch at Anfield on Sunday. He was not sent down because the umpire did not see it. Suarez has until Friday to lure the eight activities added to his sanction.
