Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard has told the membership to employ their next director "for over fifty percent a season." Lampard is out of contract at the end of the summer season and looks set to be on his way out of Stamford Bridge. Mourinho is the bookmakers' favourite to replace Benitez, and of the Real Madrid coach, Lampard added: "There is no question about his references. "Whether he comes to Chelsea or remains at Real Madrid or whatever club he goes to, I think he'll achieve success. From working with him I'm very certain of that. "But it's maybe not for me to speak about the decisions."
