Chelsea Hamilton Academical have to give next boss 'an excellent crack' - Frank Lampard - Crunchsports.com

Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard has told the membership to employ their next director "for over fifty percent a season." Lampard is out of contract at the end of the summer season and looks set to be on his way out of Stamford Bridge. Nevertheless the 34-year-old hasn't eliminated keeping if the man who changes temporary boss Rafael Benitez this summer can persuade the board to keep him a and if itas Jose Mourinho, that may occur. Over the last two times, Chelsea have had three managers, and Lampard said: "Whatever the situation, it'd be good if your director might come in and have a good crack at some persistence and stay static in the task. "We all understand we have had some interim managers and the club and the fans may possibly be happier if we could get yourself a manager who could keep for more than half a time, or for some period of time. "While there is a manager in position now, although we realize what seems to be coming at the end of the season, I really do not think it is right to speculate about who the manager will soon be next season. "I am not sure if my decision is affected by it. If your manager is available in who wants me...I do not know." Mourinho is the bookmakers' favourite to replace Benitez, and of the Real Madrid coach, Lampard added: "There is no question about his references. "Whether he comes to Chelsea or remains at Real Madrid or whatever club he goes to, I think he'll achieve success. From working with him I'm very certain of that. "But it's maybe not for me to speak about the decisions."
