Satellite Photos within the TPC Sawgrass.

That TPC Sawgrass boasts the most famous hole around golf—the island green 17th—but the rest of the course doesn't evoke such interest. However, in studying it closely with satellite images from Google Earth, I found a course that's not alone long (more than 7, 200 yards), but that is furthermore mentally taxing. As a healthy school golf coach, I helped my people plan their way around a new course by drawing lines for the scorecard, helping them to plan their shots to optimize reward for the probability. Most important, I concept, was to plan the tee shot so that they could get the best think about the green.

But that turned out to be fiendishly difficult at your TPC Sawgrass. Usually, the most effective look to the alternative is guarded by imposing bunkers, water or flowers (and sometimes all three). On most of the holes I couldn't discover where the "bail out" chance was.

Of course, I'm thinking being a mid handicapper who coaches twelfth grade golf. The Tour player likely notice quite differently. But within the Golf Blogger's perspective, it seems like a trip through the game of golf hell. I firmly believe that every hole should have several options for play, including a hassle-free one that's bound to result in a bogey, but at a minimum prevents a disaster. But I don't feel that Pete Dye agrees by himself.

At any rate, now you can see a couple of satellite tv for pc photos below, and hole-by-hole satellite photos with the entire TPC Sawgrass training course here.
