Napoli's president has provided his sporting director to Manchester City to discuss a swap deal that will send Edin Dzeko to Napoli in return for Edinson Cavani heading to Manchester City.
Napoli's leader told his sporting representative, "'Go to City and take the opportunity to negotiate over Dzeko and see what they are prepared to do for Cavani'. "
