Person severely injured after hit and run in West Bromwich - ITV News

Following a man was severely wounded having been hit by a vehicle in West Bromwich yesterday evening, which failed to stop at the picture a police investigation is under way. Preliminary inquiries claim that a local man, considered to be in his 40s, was crossing Hill Top when he was hit by way of a car. The vehicle didn't stop at the scene and a large-scale monitoring function is currently under solution to discover the driver responsible. A 25-year-old West Bromwich man was arrested at 9am this morning from his house on suspicion of failing to stop at the picture of a road traffic crash. While officers continue to appeal for witnesses he remains in police custody.
