Phil Jackson Tweets That Kobe Bryant 'Almost Pitched Perfect Game' vs. Mavs

Everything is made by kobe Bryant triple-doubles fine. The Black Mamba moved the La Lakers to victory over the Dallas Mavericks and Phil Jackson accepted. Following Bryant's massive effectiveness against Dirk Nowitzki and the Mavs, the Zen Master got to Twitter to reward his former student and the Lakers. Therefore much for any hard feelings on Phil's account. Never mind that Kobe had four turnovers and shot 8-of-18 from the floor. Seriously, do not even think about it, as the Mamba undoubtedly did border on efficiency, no Yu Darvish pun intended. He concluded with two blocks, 11 boards, 11 helps, four takes and 23 items for his second triple-double of the season (19th job). On an evening when the Lakers hoisted Shaquille O'Neal's jersey into the rafters, some would claim that Bryant experimented with steal the show. Others would decide to question his absence from Shaq's halftime ceremony and attempt to restore the rift that once existed between the two. Jackson, however, took an alternative approach. The 11-time teaching success suggested that Kobe played and won the overall game for Shaq and the lovers. I'd perhaps not disagree. I doubt he gave Shaq the game ball, dedicated the victory to him or rubbed his head for all the best before every quarter, but he was definitely playing for someone other than himself here. He performed for his teammates, for everybody in the building, for all of Los Angeles. Feeling how much La needed this success, he annexed the game in just about every possible aspect.AHis picture wasn't dropping at a particularly high rate, but he had a really LeBron James-esque game normally. Circulating, protecting, leadinga'he did everything possible to ensure the Lakers won. With Los Angeles ' playoff hopes on life support, he did every thing and something that was needed seriously to keep consitently the Mavericks from essentially pulling the plug. The Lakers desired a win, so Ice MambaAdelivered one. You can bet every one of Jackson's 11 (or 13) title bands that he did what he did for several of "Lakers Nation." Shaq included.
